The Colour Field Tauranga

The Colour Field comprises a control room and good sized live room.  We have mics from Microtech-Gefell, Vanguard Audio Labs, Warm Audio, AKG, Shure, Sennheiser, Studio Projects and Rode; preamps from Joe Meek, ART, TLA and Drawmer, Avalon Di and a 24:8:2 Sountracs MRX console.  DAW of choice is Samplitude and monitoring is via Trident HG3 and Auratone Cubes.  Also available are guitars from Fender, Epiphone and D'Angelico, various acoustic instruments, amps and our Yamaha C3 Grand Piano.
